HOW TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT

All appointments are scheduled a la carte. Please read the description of the service you are requesting. If you are requesting a color appointment you will need to also choose a haircut or add on a style from the color menu. 

Please note: some services require a non-refundable deposit

 

HOW TO ARRIVE FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT

 

CURLY:  We cut hair dry, so we’ll cut it first, THEN wash and style it. Please arrive with your hair in a freshly styled state that accurately represents how you usually style it. This includes using styling products. Please wash, style, and fully dry your hair within 48 hours of your appointment to help us give you the best and most accurate cut possible. 

 

COLOR: Please avoid washing your hair for 24 hours prior to help lessen scalp sensitivity during your color service. 

 

PARKING: We are located on the second floor at 305 NW 21st Ave at the corner of 21st and Everett. This location has street parking only and due to the proximity of the soccer stadium this can be challenging on game days so please plan accordingly. The closest lots are on 19th and NW Everett (not available on Sundays), NW Everett between 23rd and 22nd for evenings and weekends only.

 

LATE ARRIVALS: Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive 15 minutes past the start of your appointment, we will not be able to provide your service, and you’ll need to reschedule.

 

CANCELLATIONS OR RESCHEDULING

 Please read our cancellation policy carefully. By booking you are accepting these terms. 

 We require minimum 24-hour notice when canceling or rescheduling an appointment. Canceling or rescheduling after that timeframe will result 

in a fee of 50% of the missed service cost. No further bookings will be accepted until this fee has been paid. 

 Staying healthy and well is our first priority for you and also for us. If you are feeling unwell, or if there is a chance you have been exposed to any contagious illnesses, we kindly ask that you contact us directly via text and let us know so that we can reschedule you.

 No call/no-shows will be charged a no-show fee of 100% of the missed appointment that must be paid before another appointment is booked. My no-show terms are non-negotiable and are at my discretion. I have text and email confirmations in place to remind you that your appointment is coming up. No shows are unacceptable.

You can reschedule your appointment through your Vagaro account. Please contact us directly via text to cancel. 

 

REDOS AND ADJUSTMENTS

We want you to be satisfied with our product. After your service is completed, if you feel that you need an adjustment, or something isn’t quite right, please contact us within 7 days of the service via text or email to schedule an adjustment.
